Four voters of the tiny mountain town of Millsfield, N.H., near Canadiean border look over how they split their vote in a surprise midnight election early today (March 13). Although one other small town voted after midnight, Millsfield voters claim they filed first returns in this first-in-nation presidential preference primary today. Mrs. Ada Sweeney (left) and Town Clerk, Mrs. Genevieve Annis, are seated. Standing are Elmer Annis (left) husband of town clerk and Mark Sweeney, son of Ada.
