Diane Wilkins, the 18-year-old blonde from Wauwatosa, Wis., who won the "America's Junior Miss" in competition at Mobile, Ala., last weekend, met the news media today at New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel and gave photographers a chance to see the winner before the mirrors.
