Faces murder charge

John Bailey is shown in a file photograph following his Aug. 17 arrest on charges he shot Sheila Ferrell, 13 as she was allegedly stealing peaches from a tree in his Wilmington, Del., backyard. Miss Ferrell died of her wounds early Saturday and Bailey, who was free on bail, was taken into custody on a first-degree murder warrant.
