Eye Improved--Herb Score, young Cleveland Indians southpaw pitcher, thinks about returning to baseball after a favorable report from a doctor who examined his injured eye. Score has been out of action since last May 7 when he was hit in the right eye by a line drive. Dr. Charles I. Thomas said yesterday Score can resume workouts tomorrow and pitch a game in from four to six weeks.
