Seized, in the shadow of the State House, by a 15-year-old Andover boy, who attempted to garrot her during a robbery try, Jennie Capinsky, 29, West End waitress, fought and screamed until fled. A passerby gave chase and caught the youth. He faces juvenile court today. She points to bruises caused by the rope.
