Explosion Cancelled -- Here is a part of a load of 36 dynamite sticks found last week near the General Motors plant at South Gate, Calif., where national defense orders are being filled. Deputy F. E. Mellor (left) and Capt. Walter I. Hunter (right) of South Gate's anti-subversive squad removed the explosives and several burned-out signal flares form a cache a few hundred yards from the plant.
