Across the Clyde several vessels are moored along a quay. Some of the buildings of Glasgow are seen on the right. In the middle distance a raft is being towed by a steam tug. Another tug is seen in mid-stream on the left. In the foreground is a floating wharf, and on the extreme right a vessel. Pure etching, unfinished. The plate was unsuccessfully bitten.
