Funnel Threatens--A huge tornadic funnel roars toward Sheppard Air Force Base north of Wichita Falls at 3 P.M., Friday. The twister is one of two which suddenly appeared around Wichita Falls and began dipping to earth. No estimate of damage was immediately available as the funnel tore across the huge military installation, which encompasses a heavy bomb wing (SAC) and technical training center.
