A group of tall warehouses and a clock tower lighted from the left; In front of them high palings shored up, and In front of these palings a low, dark wall extending to the left end of the plate, where a small chapel stands behind the wall; on the near side of It are two masts towards the left, and the end of another high building on the extreme right. In the foreground are men and carts near each end of the plate.
