Files suit against church

Mrs. Alice Ryan, 41, is shown with her children in their home at Glen Head, N.Y. today after she filed suit for $2,375,000 damages against the Roman Catholic Church. In state Supreme Court, she charged the Church with breaking up her marriage and keeping her apart from her husband whom she identified as Walter A.
