Gladys On Move-Hurricane Gladys was threatening the Carolinas coast today, as the U.S. Weather Bureau advised at 6 p.m. (EDT) that the hurricane was about 65 miles southeast of Charleston, S.C., and moving in a northeasterly direction. Its latitude was 79.2 North, and longitude was 79.2 West.
