Houston, Tex. Allen Wade Haugsted (right) is lead by FBI Agent L. Elliot Baker for hearing before U. S. Commissioner. Haugsted was wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for murder charges growing out of a crime spree on Feb. 19, 1965. He killed his estranged wife, mother in law and critically wounded two others.
