The Magna Carta is Going Home -- Many hands aid in packing operations at the Library of Congress today as one of four copies of the 730-year old British charter, held here for safekeeping during the war, was returned to the British and prepared for shipment. Helping place the Magna Carta in a wooden box which fits inside the metal box (lower right) are (left to right): Robert Wertz, carpenter; Louis L.
