Mary Rossi, 18-year-old runaway of Fountain ave., Somerville, was given a suspended sentence to Sherborn reformatory today and then told to go home with her mother and stay there. Judge Elijah Adlow granted probation after her mother pleaded she was a good girl and ought to have another chance. Miss Rossi was picked up yesterday in South Station. She had been gone more than a year, except for a couple of days when she appeared at home for Christmas. "She had better stay home this time," Judge Adlow said. "If she doesn't we'll put her where she can't run away."
