Angela Frassino, 11, gave birth to a daughter in Acireale, Sicily. Baby, named Teresa, weighed 6.6 pounds. Angela and the father of the child, a 19-year-old bricklayer, are waiting until she is 12 to wed. That is minimum age at which Italian law allows marriage. Angela and baby were reported doing well at the home of her parents.
