Ginny Course-Erratio Hurricane Ginny, arrow, seems to have made up her mind and apparently is on a course which takes her off New England's coast early Tuesday. New England is expected to have winds of gale force as Ginny moves to a point about 120 miles south-east of Nantucket Island, underlined.
