Undated: UPI newsmap shows the locations of two of 1969 hurricane season's earliest storms, Hurricane Camille slammed into the Gulf Coast early 8/18 with 190-mile per hour winds and flood tides, laying waste to entire cities and killing at least four persons while injuring scores. In effort take the punch from Hurricane Debbie, following some 3,000 miles behind Camille, government plans are in works to seed the storm with silver iodide. At 6 a.m. EDT 8/18, Debbie was about 800 miles east of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
