Gets New Heart -- Maria Giannaris of Hagerstown, Md. early today became the second child to have a heart transplant. The five-year-old received the new heart at Texas Children's Hospital at Houston, Texas. She received the heart of 11-year-old James Dudley Herron II, son of James Dudley Herron, a college professor at Purdue University. Maria was reported satisfactory condition after the one hour and 45 minute operation.
