80-year-old U.S. Judge Chase A. Clark gives his blessing to Airman 1.C. Gerald M. Anderson, who was exonerated for the 2nd time by the U.S. Air Force. The Air Force held Anderson in confinement an extra two months after he was cleared by civil authorities, but dropped the charges the day after his attorney questioned in U.S. Court the right of the Air Force to exist under the U.S. Constitution.
