FBI says he admits killing

A joint statement by the Air Force and FBI today said that Sgt. Lyle H. Buswell (above), 32, had admitted he strangled Staff Sgt. Fairy E. Decker, 44, of the Womens Air Force, to death early yesterday at nearby Hamilton Field, and tried to pin the crime on a sex fiend. Buswell, photographed at the county jail here, said he choked her until she slumped to the floor. She grabbed his leg, and he choked her until she lay still.
