Gerald savoie, 12, who is pictured in cellar at spot where body of eight-year-old bonnette dallaire was found, her skull crushed. Savoie, authorities said, admitted striking the child on the head with a piece of concrete. He was in children's court here this morning. Under law, the most serious charge which can be placed against a person under 15 under a state law passed in feb 1948 is juvenile delinquency.
