Similar to 1756 cartoon on Minorca. Lord North carries a large sack entitled BUDGET as he drags the British lion on a chain behind him. The lion has lost one of its paws (labeled America) to an American Indian's tomahawk. The Indian says, "This limb belongs to me in spite of fate." To the rear, Burke and other members of the "Associations" prepare to intervene.
