Frank Campuzano (right) of Philadelphia stands with head bowed at hearing in Philadelphia yesterday as he is charged with homicide in the slaying of his 15-year-old daughter, Patricia Ann. Detectives quoted Campuzano as saying the girl was shot with one of two pistols he was holding while upbraiding the girl over a post-midnight telephone call. According to police Campuzano said he was holding the two pistols in one hand and slapping the girl with the other when one of the pistols discharged. Assistant District Attorney Edward Rosenwald holds gun used in shooting.
