Fatally shot

Tiny Michelle Baxter, 4, shown in portrait with her twin brother, Michael, of 29 Dunlap St., Dorchester, was accidentally shot and killed by a playmate yesterday on the first floor porch of her home before a horrified group of neighborhood children. Police say Michelle was shot in the chest with a .38 calibre revolver which one of the youngsters had obtained in the first floor apartment.
