Engel smiles at lunch time

Sigmund (Sam) Engel (right), 73-year-old lothario whose trial on confidence game charge went to the jury today, jauntily leaves Criminal Court building during lunch recess. Engel is being tried on charge by Mrs. Reseda Corrigan that he swindled her out of $8,700. With Engel are one of his defense attorneys, J. Edward Jones (left) and Mrs. Pauline Langton, described by Engel as his "true love" and "real wife."
