Farmer Dumps Milk as Strike Continues-Arthur Singer, a farmer near suburban Harvard, Ill., is shown dumping milk in his barnyard today as Chicago's milk strike continued through its second day. Singer said he was forced to dispose of some 800 pounds of milk produced by his dairy herd.
