This is a 1968 photo of Melanie Hall from a year book at Wakefield high school in Arlington, Va. Miss Hall has told the New York Times that while in the employ of Rep. John Young, D-Tex., he made advances toward her. Colleen Gardner, another former member of Young's staff, has said she was paid a high salary by Young for providing him with sex. (Eds.
