Survivors of Earthquake--Many of Niigata's citizens crowd a rooftop while others walk a flooded street after a giant earthquake hit the city today. The quake, strongest in Japan since 1923, caused millions in property damage. Early reports from the stricken area in northern Japan listed 21 dead and 108 injured.
