George C. Sheldon, Lexington, Named. George C. Sheldon of Lexington has been appointed sales manager of the General Latex and Chemical Corporation of Cambridge, it was announced yesterday. He was formerly sales manager of the Union Bay State Chemical Company, and for a number of years was sales manager and vice president of the General Tire Company of Boston. Mr. Sheldon graduated from Bates College in 1925 and Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1927. He served as selectman and president of the Taxpayers’ Association in Lexington.
