The arms of the law hold on to startled Francisco "The Hook" Molina in police station here 10/14 after he was arrested by police and FBI agents in connection with slaying of nine-year-old Venezuelan girl last month during fight in restaurant. Police said Molina was man who fired shot, during brawl between pro- and anti-Castro Cubans, that killed girl. Molina is scheduled to be arraigned 10/15 on homicide charge.
