Eloise Spann to tell attack story in $5,000,000 suit

Los Angeles, Calif.: (Above) Mary Eloise Spann, film player, who has sued director Milton Beecher for five million dollars on charges he attacked her two years ago. Miss Spann appeared at the Hall of Justice to tell her story to the criminal complaints committee of the Grand Jury. She charges that Beecher, studio executive, lured her to his home after making vocal tests of her and then attacked her.
