Anti-war demonstrator Francis M. Medaille, 23 (below, in 1966 file photo), alias Michael J. Hanlon, was arrested by the FBI 4/21 while he demonstrated with other pickets outside the Federal Building. Medaille, who admitted throwing a little girl from a 13-story in New York in 1958, was taken into custody on a New York warrant charging he violated the terms of his probation.
