Frances Korbelik, 17, confessed today she shot her father to death with a .22 rifle Jan. 10. A lie test indicated that at last she was telling the truth. She said she did it because her father, William Korbelik, a CIO local union leader, had attempted the night before to attack her. Photo shows Frances at the lie detector , with Allen A.
