Elected New West Indies Premier--Sir Grantley Adams is accompanied by his wife on arrival at Parliament in Port of Spain, Trinidad, Friday after election as first prime minister of the new British West Indies Federation. Adams will be installed in post when Britain's Princess Margaret formally opens Parliament Tuesday. The Oxford-educated lawyer and political power from island of Barbados defeated opposition candidate in House of Representatives balloting. Adams' party gained control in elections Mar. 25.
