Redondo Beach, Calif.: Edgar Lee Cox, a 17-yr-old choir boy, is shown at police headquarters after killing his mother with a skin diving knife and seriously wounding his stepfather because they made him study four-hours a day. "Now they won't bother me anymore" Cox said after his arrest. Police said his parents enforced the study because Cox was suspended from school for 11 days for playing hookey.
