[ca. 1930–1945]
The Kendall Holmes House, 1653, Plymouth, Mass. First Homestead of William Harlow, built by him probably in 1649, now the oldest in the town. A living museum today, it still remains a home by the side of the lane that leads from the King's Highway (now Sandwich Street), to the harbor that welcomed the Mayflower with its brave band of Pilgrims.
