Dust Storm Aftermath--Dust, a foot or more deep, stands piled around farm equipment behind this barn south of here after a severe dust storm swept through the area yesterday. The dust, swept off an adjoining wheat field, graphically illustrates the devastating effects of erosion in the Kansas wheat country. Dust storms this spring closely resemble the black blizzards of the 1930's.
