The Dump Truck Brigade Arrives -- Policemen arrive on the scene of last night's disturbance in Isla Vista riding in dump trucks. Carrying automatic weapons and shotguns ready to fire tear gas, they quickly dispersed a crowd of demonstrators around the newly rebuilt Bank of America. The crowd was estimated at 500 young people.
