Drought Treat-Officials in Massachusetts fear the state faces the worst drought in 70 years unless there is an abnormal rainfall between now and the summer season. This is a scene at Quabbin Reservoir in Central Massachusetts where the water level is low. Malcolm E. Graf, Director of the Massachusetts Water Resources Commission says the State's reservoirs are about two third empty. Quabbin is the water supply for the Metropolitan Boston area.
