Diploma For World’s Fastest Woman – Wilma Rudolph, holder of the world’s record for the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and Olympic sprint champion, holds the diploma granted her today at commencement exercises at Tennessee A&I State University here. Miss Rudolph, Associated Press woman athlete of the year in 1960 and 1961, received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She said today she is uncertain whether she will compete further in athletics.
