Goodpaster(1951 photo), 46, a Carterville, Ill. optometrist is being held for the alleged killing of 51 yr. old Margaret Strunk and the shooting of her companion Bernard Dobraski, 52, following an argument over a barking dog. Goodpaster is the brother of Brigadier General Andrew Goodpaster, White House staff secretary.
