A crane is brought into place as hard hat workers prepare to search one of the collapsed buildings at Olive View Sanitarium where 3 died when part of the new $23 million "earthquake-proof" sanitarium collapsed during massive earthquake that struck Southern California area early 2/9. There was heavy destruction in the North San Fernando Valley area north of Los Angeles where the quake apparently centered.
