Washington --Rev. George Von Hilsheimer, former director of the Green Valley School for mentally disturbed children in Orange City, Fla., denies sworn testimony in Washington Wednesday that he approved alleged torture and unacceptable medical treatments on his federally-funded students. Von Hilsheimer testified under oath before the Senate Permanent Investigations subcommittee.
