Demonstrations, such as this one, against Soviet Premier Khrushchev's visit to the U.N. have been protested by ranking Russian officials. They say demonstrators' charges are untrue and police are remiss in failing to quell them. Police say there is no law against pickets so long as they keep their distance and do not endanger Khrushchev.
