Courtroom Argument End in Duel--Two French lawyers, Jean Tixier-Vignancour (left) and Roger Nordman (right, fight a duel early Nov. 12 on private property at Marnes-La-Coquette, a French hamlet between Paris and Versailles. The duel resulted from a bitter exchange of words between the two lawyers during a recent trial of a French collaborator. Tixier-Vignancour was the victor, wounding Nordman in the arm. Men in background are not identified, but the two men in suits are described as doctors.
