Deliverymen Refuse Package Deal Vote-Members of the New York Times chapel of the striking newspaper deliverymen's union pour out of meeting at Roosevelt Auditorium here tonight after refusing to vote on a $7 package deal already rejected by the union membership. Action by deliverymen in the week-old strike was taken at a noisy meeting on the union negotiating committee's agreement earlier in the day to re-submit the offer to the members. Breakup of meeting made hopes of an early settlement in the crippling strike dim.
