Country Music Stars Injured - Grand Ole Opry veteran Roy Acuff (top) and his guitarist Harold (shot) Jackson are shown as they were transferred Nashville hospital after a two-car collision near Sparta, Tenn., Saturday. On Sunday Acuff, singer, publisher and onetime candidate for governor of Tennessee, was listed in serious condition with multiple injuries. Jackson remained in critical condition. They were en route to north Carolina when Acuff's car and another collided on a rainslick highway.
