Los Angeles -- Relief Supplies For Peru Pile Up -- Tons of food, medicine and clothing for earthquake stricken Peru are piling up in a hangar at Los Angeles International airport as volunteers pack cartons which may never reach their destination. The supplies are pouring in from western United States and even from New Zealand and Japan, but little is being shipped on to Peru for lack of transportation. Efforts to obtain Air Force cargo planes to haul the goods have failed and officials now are trying to line up surface shipping
