Double Congratulations -- Camilo Pascual (left), Minnesota Twins pitcher, lights his own cigar and that of teammate Lenny Green in dressing room tonight as they celebrate birth of baby girls today. Camilo's wife had an 8-pound 14 ounce baby in St. Paul, Minn. This is their second child. Neither of the babies has been named. Pascual is scheduled to pitch tonight against Chicago in Twin Cities.
