Debris on the Way--The debris-cluttered waters of the flooding Ohio River churn against the retaining wall of this city 28 miles east of Cincinnati today. With a crest of 60 feet, eight above flood stage, predicted by Saturday night, more than three feet of water will be in Front street here at that level. Water pours into the city at end of wall, arrow, and spills over a majority of the business section streets.
